Regime forces stationed near the Sagaing Region town of Khin-U were compelled to abandon their base on Wednesday, according to resistance sources.The base, located in the village of Ma Daung Hla, about seven miles north of Khin-U, was attacked twice last month, leading to devastating air raids on the village.“It became uninhabitable.
